Delete Data Policy
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account in either of the following ways:
- Inside the app: Go to Settings and choose the Delete Account option.
- By email: Send a deletion request to dk-support@srinivasa.dev from your registered email address.
What Happens After Deletion
The app uses soft deletion. When your account is deleted:
- Your account is marked as deleted in the database.
- Your account becomes inactive.
- You can no longer log in using that account.
- Your data is hidden from the application.
Temporary Retention
Some data may be temporarily retained for technical, legal, or security reasons before permanent removal.
Re-Registration with the Same Email
If a deleted user signs up again with the same email address, the account may be restored.
